Our ice cream is an award-winning product produced in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. Ice Cream has been our speciality since 1997.
It is made to a high standard from an old Italian recipe using fresh milk cream fresh fruit from local farms (when available) and the finest ingredients imported from one of the top flavour houses in Italy.
You may see the ice cream being produced through a special viewing window at our main parlour.
We are traditionally known for our vast variety of flavours, which is now over 90.
